How this service works
We apply a low-pressure soft-wash treatment that targets the moss, lichen and algae. It needs time to act, so a good deal of the die-back happens in the days after we visit.
Where the roof suits it, we gently rinse the loosened growth away, always working with the fall of the tiles or sheets so nothing is pushed back under the laps.
We clear the valleys and check the obvious trouble spots while we are up there.
Then we let you know if anything, like a cracked tile or tired pointing, needs a closer look from a roofer.
