We clean with purified, de-ionised water fed through a soft brush head. With the minerals stripped out, that water lifts the dirt and then dries without leaving spots or streaks on the glass.
Everything is done from the ground with a reach pole, which keeps the work safe and keeps us off the panels entirely.
No harsh chemicals and no abrasive pads come near the panels, because the surface coating is delicate and the wrong product can etch it.
While we work we run an eye over the array and mounts and flag anything obvious, like a lifted clamp or signs of bird nesting underneath.
